Started Mold Design / Mold Maker apprenticeship at Windsor Mold

Started at Active Burgess as Program Manager specializing in air intakes manifold, then made the switch to Automotive Lighting tools. Switching to lighting Worked with the team to improve reflex performance, CNC cut optics and tool performance. Followed multiple programs and customers at one time. Provided on site support for processing and tool related issues.

Moved from tool program management to Tooling Engineer at Varroc Lighting. The experiences learn before helping me improve tool construction, improved cycle times, optimizing presses selection and concept of some new technology tools.
